Through my Radiant Alignment Program, we’ll spend 8 weeks together, working one-on-one to get to the root cause(s) of the stagnant, dense, slow, or blocked energy that is holding you tethered in place. The energy that is preventing you from moving forward. The intent of this program is to help you find your alignment and begin the process of healing. My job in this process is to guide you and give you the tools you need to get there. I am here to support you and show you that you are never alone on this human journey.

Using my unique Energy Evolution Technique, we will transform your energy into the beautiful flow you have been seeking. I combine a variety of different healing techniques in a unique way to help you learn and practice to connect to your soul and your purpose again. The benefit for you is working with the energy of your mind, body, and soul in harmony, rather than working through disconnected and disembodied energy. When these energies start to resonate and speak to each other, you will feel the transformation into radical and radiant acceptance. This method helps you dig deep into exposing your fears, in a safe and gentle way. We’re able to shift away from negative self-talk and whatever limiting beliefs aren’t serving you. This technique helps you address and acknowledge the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs and helps you finally release them. From this point, your whole life begins to change, and everything starts to feel connected and aligned.

Forward motion

Transitioning through the Energy Evolution Technique, you move into this new, incredible, and loving space. Here, we’re able to ensure that you integrate this new energy. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got, in other words, if you don’t change the steps you take going forward, your old patterns are going to come back and fill the newly cleared space. Instead of allowing those old patterns to reenter your life and your energy, we work to help you create the life you have always wanted to create. Working together, we help you move forward with grace, ease, and empowerment. I will share different exercises and methods with you that will teach you and help you solidify this newfound belief system. We will work together, one-on-one, so that all of this comes together to bring you to this new, empowered place and to help you move forward.

This 8-week program consists of: 

- Four - 1.5 hour reiki sessions / energy coaching (bi-weekly)

- Bi-weekly 1:1 calls for continued support (during weeks you do not have a in-person session)

- Bi-weekly group calls

- Access to the private FB group / group chat

 

During the program you will receive:

- journaling/journal prompts (given right away or via PDF/email)

• weekly guided meditations

• daily affirmations (to be used in quick grounding meditation)

• reiki sessions, sound therapy meditation, some breathwork

• mind/body/spirit exercises
